Job summary

TelCom Construction is seeking a Traveling Field Supervisor to oversee daily project operations and provide leadership to Foremen and crews. You will organize materials, manage reporting, and ensure job completion with a safety-focused approach.

The role requires prior utility construction leadership, strong communication, and computer skills (Excel, databases, Google apps). Local work with occasional travel is expected, and a CDL is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience is required.
• Experience with telecom MSA contracts is strongly preferred.
• Good computer skills, specifically Excel and database software.
• Experience with Google applications is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Local work with occasional travel.
• A valid driver’s license and pass a DOT physical exam.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day to day operations.
• Job completion of assigned projects.
• Provide communication and leadership to job Foremen and crew members.
• Organizing materials, equipment, and labor.
• Verifying locates, materials and billings.
• Providing all required job reporting.
• Completing as-builts and redlines.
• Actively participating in safety, maintenance, production and personnel initiatives.
