TelCom Construction is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee day-to-day project operations, provide clear leadership to foremen and crews, and ensure timely completion of assigned work. The role emphasizes safety, communication, and coordination across materials, equipment, and labor in a local setting with occasional travel.

The ideal candidate has prior utility construction crew leadership experience, strong computer skills (Excel, database software), and familiarity with MSA contracts.

Qualifications

• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience is required.
• Experience with telecommunication MSA contracts is strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Good computer skills, including Excel and database software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day to day operations.
• Ensure job completion of assigned projects.
• Provide leadership to foremen and crew members.
• Organize materials, equipment, and labor.
• Verify locates, materials and billings.
• Provide all required job reporting.
• Complete as-builts and redlines.
• Support safety, maintenance, production and personnel initiatives.
