G&E Partners seeks a Travelling Superintendent to lead our most technical underground projects across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. You’ll own each site from mobilisation to closeout and be the field leader on critical projects.

You’ll manage crews, coordinate with engineering and project management, ensure safety, plan work, and drive production while maintaining budget and schedule.

Formación

• 10+ years hands-on experience in micro tunnelling, trenchless, pipelines or water and wastewater treatment plants.
• Able to travel across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic on a rotation.
• Able to read civil drawings, plans and specifications.
• OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Take charge of some of the most technical underground projects in the region, including micro tunnelling, trenchless, pipelines and treatment plants.
• Run your site your way, from mobilisation to closeout, with the authority to make the calls in the field.
• Lead and train your own crews and foremen, backed by a project management and engineering team that has your back.
• Plan the work and drive production, manpower, equipment and subcontractors.
• Set the safety standard on site and build crews that get it right the first time.
• Be the go-to field contact for owners, inspectors and engineers.
• Keep your job on track by measuring daily hours and quantities against budget.
