Job summary

G&E Partners seeks a Travelling Superintendent to lead our most technical underground projects across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. You’ll own each site from mobilisation to closeout and be the field leader on critical projects.

You’ll manage crews, coordinate with engineering and project management, ensure safety, plan work, and drive production while maintaining budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on experience in micro tunnelling, trenchless, pipelines or water and wastewater treatment plants.
• Able to travel across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic on a rotation.
• Able to read civil drawings, plans and specifications.
• OSHA 30 preferred.

• Be the go-to field contact for owners, inspectors and engineers.
• Keep your job on track by measuring daily hours and quantities against budget.

Our client is a heavy civil and underground specialist with nearly 50 years in the industry with a completed backlog of $2B+. They deliver technically complex trenchless, micro tunnelling, pipeline and water treatment plant projects for public and private owners across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. They’re a close-knit team, known for low-disruption underground work and a culture built on safety, quality, teamwork and having a people-first mentality.

Due to growth within their current backlog they are seeking a Travelling Superintendent to lead their most technical jobs across the region. You’ll own each site from mobilisation to closeout and be the field leader they rely on for their most critical projects.
