Job summary

Infinity Contractors is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to oversee underground conduit projects across the Carolinas and southeastern states. You will coordinate with the Project Manager, monitor quality control, safety, and progress, and ensure projects stay within scope and schedule.

Required are strong leadership, construction management skills, and the ability to travel extensively. The role includes supervising crews, managing costs, and coordinating with customers and vendors on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of construction experience with progressive field leadership experience.
• Experience managing multiple crews, foremen, subcontractors, or simultaneous projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for project startup with the Project Manager and execute project activities to meet day-to-day and overall objectives.
• Understand and apply quality control procedures, verify layout coordinates, and maintain as-builts.
• Enforce safety requirements and lead safety permits delivery to customers.
