The position emphasizes strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills to ensure successful project delivery in industrial, data center, and manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years construction experience with 3+ years field supervision.
• Experience with Lean principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure an injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate overall job workflow.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs like Safety, Quality and EEO.
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Manage project scheduling, budgets and costs using PM tools.
• Present and participate in progress meetings and owner communications.
• Support self-perform work and travel to assigned projects.
