Qualifications

• 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Lean principles experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and incident investigations.
• Manage subcontractors and workflow.
• Develop work plans for self-performed work.
• Coordinate project site care and control.
• Prepare and manage project schedules with the Project Manager.
• Participate in progress and/or project OAC meetings.
