Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company seeks a Traveling Superintendent to lead self-perform work on large Industrial & Manufacturing projects nationwide. You will coordinate safety, schedule, subcontractors, and field operations across multiple sites to achieve timely, profitable delivery.

The ideal candidate has extensive field supervision experience, strong planning ability, and a willingness to travel to assigned projects, supporting JE Dunn’s pursuit of building perfection.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management preferred.
• 5+ years construction field supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and mentor staff to an injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Develop work plans and coordinate project site operations.
• Prepare and manage project schedules with the Project Manager.
