Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a traveling Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute on assigned projects with some complexity. The role requires handling materials, equipment and people, ensuring documentation and achieving timely, profitable completion in line with the company’s strategy and values.

Responsibilities include leading safety culture, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules and budgets, and communicating with owners, designers and authorities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and mentors staff on site.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Develops work plans and manages budget and schedule.
• Coordinates communication with owners, design teams and authorities.
