Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a traveling Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute assigned projects with varying complexity. You will oversee safety, schedule, subcontractor coordination, and material management to ensure timely, profitable completion in line with company strategy and values.

Responsibilities include leading meetings, managing field teams, and coordinating with owners, architects and authorities. Travel up to 100% is required as projects change nationwide.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of construction experience; field supervision experience.
• Lean principles and modern construction management tools are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of complex projects, including safety, quality and scheduling.
• Manage subcontractors, staffing and project workflows.
• Oversee budgeting, cost reporting and procurement processes.
• Coordinate with owners, design teams and authorities.
• Prepare and present progress reports and project reviews.
