Job summary

JE Dunn Construction's Advanced Facilities Group (AFG) seeks a Superintendent to plan, manage and execute complex projects in the Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center and Semiconductor sectors. You will lead safety, coordinate subcontractors, and drive on-site performance to meet schedule and budget goals.

This role emphasizes field leadership, collaboration with the owner and design teams, and adherence to JE Dunn's standards for quality and diversity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience with Lean principles (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate site logistics and field staffing.
• Participate in project reviews and change negotiations.
• Ensure quality compliance through QA/QC and specs.
