Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Group General Superintendent for the Advanced Facilities Group. The role directs all field operations, oversees self-perform activities, and partners with project leadership to meet financial targets on large Industrial/Manufacturing, Data Center and Semiconductor projects.

The position requires 15+ years in construction, 10+ years of people leadership, and willingness to travel nationwide to support multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• Experience: 15+ years construction experience; 10+ years people management; 10+ years leading projects; 5+ years project financial management.

Responsibilities

• Sets strategic direction for assigned group or vertical and directs all aspects of field operations, logistics and self-perform.
• Responsible for operational excellence, financial management, team leadership, relationship management, and assists with contracts for assigned group or vertical.
• Participates in the development of group or vertical goals and objectives.
• Serves as the primary self-perform field liaison with project leadership.
• Oversees field operations documentation for assigned group or vertical.
• Coaches and develops field staff and staffing plans for projects nationwide.
