Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent with 5–15+ years of leadership on light industrial and/or mission-critical projects. You will manage field operations, schedules, and all administrative tasks from kickoff to project completion, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.

The role offers extensive travel, vehicle allowance, per diem, and a robust bonus program, plus ESOP and 401k benefits.

Qualifications

• 5-15+ years' construction experience, with roles like Foreman/Asst Superintendent/Lead Superintendent on light industrial or mission-critical projects preferred.
• Proven ability to lead MEP trades on data center, battery storage, or manufacturing facilities is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and project scheduling programs.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award review to obtain project details and preplanning information.
• Coordinate subcontractors to align with project schedules and progress.
• Direct and control construction to meet specs, budget, and schedule.
• Prepare and review requisitions, POs, invoices, and cost reports.
• Communicate progress with owner representatives and architects.
• Maintain daily diary of project facts, events, and approvals.
