Job summary

JRM Construction is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations on high-end interior projects. You will supervise site staff, coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has at least five years as a superintendent, strong leadership, travel readiness for 8–12 weeks blocks, proficiency with plans, and familiarity with Procore/Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant experience as a Superintendent.
• Proven ability to lead field teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of all trades in commercial interior construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations and safety, quality, and progress.
• Lead site staff, including assistants and laborers.
• Manage schedule with weekly two‑week look ahead.
