Job summary

rand* construction is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead field teams on commercial interior projects across markets. The role requires overnight travel and work across states, ensuring projects follow plans and specifications and maintaining strong client communication.

The ideal candidate has extensive lead-superintendent experience, OSHA certifications, and the ability to manage projects up to $10M. rand* offers competitive compensation and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Lead field staff on projects and ensure work complies with plans and specs.
• Supervise subcontractors, vendors, laborers, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate material, tools, information and staff to meet the project schedule.
• Prepare daily reports, time sheets, safety and incident reports.
• Communicate with Rand project and client teams to uphold service standards.

Responsibilities
