Qualifications

• Willingness to travel nationwide; projects typically last 3 months to 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations and supervise subcontractors on-site.
• Ensure full implementation of Balfour Beatty's Zero Harm safety program.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and trade partners.

Skills

Well-rounded construction experience

Ability to read and interpret plans

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Degree in Construction Management or related field
