Job summary

ARCO National Holdings is seeking a Traveling Superintendent with 5–15+ years of construction leadership experience, especially on manufacturing and data-center type projects. The role requires coordinating MEP trades, managing schedules, and ensuring safety and quality across complex sites.

Typical base compensation ranges from $90,000 to $160,000, with discretionary bonus potential. We offer travel perks, ESOP, 401k, and comprehensive benefits as part of a long-term career at ARCO.

Qualifications

• 5-15+ years’ of construction experience, with at least 5 years as an Assistant Superintendent or Lead Superintendent on advanced manufacturing or mission critical projects.
• Experience leading MEP trades on data center, battery storage, or manufacturing facility projects preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs.
• Possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Ability to meet physical demands including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award review meetings to receive project information and preplanning details.
• Prepare a schedule of construction activities, organization structure, and manpower needs.
• Direct the total construction project to meet specs and schedule while ensuring profitability.
• Coordinate subcontractors to integrate with project schedules and progress.
• Maintain a daily diary recording significant project facts, events and approvals.
• Adhere to the company’s safety program across all project phases.
