Qualifikationen

• 8+ years construction experience
• 5+ years field supervision experience
• Lean principles (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel across multiple sites

Aufgaben

• Lead safety culture and mentor staff to ensure injury-free environment
• Manage subcontractors and overall job/workflow
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers and QA/QC
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work
• Manage project site care, custody and control
• Lead daily standup and weekly trade meetings
• Attend progress/ OAC meetings and manage project schedule
• Monitor budget and cost reports; record daily logs and reports
• Coordinate with owners, design team and authorities
• Assist in formwork/tool/equipment selection and procurement
• Ensure timely project closeouts and handovers
• Support pursuit process and pre-planning activities
• Establish field staffing aligned with project needs
• Identify and manage project risks
• Promote diversity and inclusion within JE Dunn
