Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Traveling Project Manager 1, Advanced Industries (Semiconductor) to lead complex projects nationwide from the Essex Junction, VT base. This role requires strong leadership, safety focus and coordination with owners, design teams and subcontractors.

You'll develop schedules, manage budgets, oversee preconstruction activities, and drive Lean practices while traveling to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Willingness to travel and relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project management for complex projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets and procurement.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, owners, design teams and vendors.
• Ensure safety culture and compliance across the project.
• Prepare monthly cost and margin forecasts and progress meetings.
