Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company seeks a Traveling Superintendent in Advanced Industries to plan, manage and execute project scope across Semiconductor, Data Center, and Industrial sectors. Essex Junction, VT will be the initial assignment, with travel to sites nationwide.

You will lead safety programs, coordinate subcontractors, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure QA/QC while supporting Lean construction practices. Requires 3+ years in construction and 1+ year supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years construction experience and 1+ years field supervision experience.
• Ability to travel and work non-traditional hours; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture; mentors staff to injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and QA/QC.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates site care, custody and control.
• Leads daily standup and weekly trade meetings.
