JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Traveling Superintendent, Advanced Industries (Semiconductor) to plan, manage and execute assigned projects across multiple sites including Essex Junction, VT, with the initial assignment in Essex Junction, VT.

The role requires coordinating safety, quality, scheduling and cost control while leading field teams, managing subcontractors and equipment, and ensuring on-time, on-budget project completion for complex industrial and semiconductor facilities.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years construction experience with 1+ years field supervision.
• Willingness to travel and to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to work non-traditional hours.

Mansioni

• Lead safety culture and mentor staff.
• Manage subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinate care, custody and control of the project site.
• Lead meetings (daily standup, weekly trade meetings).
• Manage project schedule with Project Manager; support budget tracking.
• Ensure quality compliance and QA/QC; oversee closeouts.
• Communicate project information to owners, design team, and vendors.
