JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Traveling Superintendent 2 for Advanced Facilities, serving semiconductor projects nationwide. Initial assignment in Essex Junction, VT, with travel across multiple states, managing complex industrial projects from planning to completion.

You will lead safety culture, oversee subcontractors, manage schedules and costs, and collaborate with owners, design teams, and authorities to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience with Lean principles (Preferred).
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Lead safety culture and mentor staff to maintain an injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinate project site care, custody and control.
• Lead meetings: daily standups and weekly trade meetings.
• Manage project schedule in coordination with Project Manager.
• Monitor and report project costs and budgets.
