JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Traveling Superintendent 3 in Advanced Industries. The initial assignment is in Essex Junction, VT, with travel to other sites nationwide.

The role focuses on planning, managing, and executing on projects, leading safety, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with owners, design teams, and subcontractors. The position requires extensive construction experience, field supervision background, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years construction experience.
• 5+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience with Lean principles (Preferred).
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel/relocation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Develop plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinate project site care and control.
• Lead daily standup and weekly trade meetings.
• Manage project schedule and budget with Project Manager.
• Recruit top talent and promote diversity and inclusion.
