Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• 5+ years construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of project management per core responsibilities.
• Manages prestart process and preconstruction activities.
• Coordinates submittal scheduling, shop drawings, and change requests.
• Maintains project schedule and updates Lean-based processes.
• Interfaces with owners, design teams, and subcontractors; supports risk management.
