Job summary

JE Dunn Traveling Superintendent, Advanced Industries, is responsible for planning, managing and executing on complex projects across assigned Advanced Industries locations nationwide, including Hillsboro, OR and other sites.

You will lead safety culture, coordinate subcontractors, manage budgets and schedules, supervise field teams, ensure QA/QC, and maintain thorough project documentation to deliver on-time, profitable results for JE Dunn.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of construction experience and 3+ years of field supervision.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free work environment.
• Manage subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers for safety, quality, and EEO.
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinate project site care, custody and control.
• Lead meetings and manage project schedule with PM.
• Monitor budget and costs using cost reports.
• Ensure quality compliance and assist with project closeouts.
