Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be willing to travel.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work non-traditional hours.
• Ability to coordinate with subcontractors, owners, and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives and mentor staff to maintain a safe project culture.
• Oversee pre-construction processes including bid packages and scope development.
• Develop and manage project schedules, procurement, and budgets to meet milestones.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, owners, field teams and design professionals.
• Prepare change requests, contract documents and payment applications.
