Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent for our Advanced Facilities Group in Beaverton, OR. You will plan, manage and execute complex projects, traveling to assigned sites and supporting Self Perform work as part of a high-performing team.

You will lead safety, manage subcontractors, coordinate workflow, and ensure on-time, profitable project completion while maintaining quality and documentation standards across projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience with Lean principles (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and mentor staff.
• Manage subcontractors and project workflow.
• Develop work plans and coordinate site logistics.
• Create and manage project schedule with PM.
• Monitor budget, costs and cost reports.
• Ensure quality compliance and closeout activities.
• Travel to assigned projects as needed.
