Job summary

PCL Solar Constructors USA Inc. in Eunice, Louisiana seeks an Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical construction activities on large solar projects with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and performance.

You will supervise the project team, coordinate with engineers and subcontractors, and manage schedule and budget to meet all targets. Travel to various project locations is required; per-diem and relocation considerations may apply.

Qualifications

• Journeyman certificate or engineering degree required.
• 10+ years field supervision experience preferred.
• 5+ years as field lead on high/medium-voltage equipment and cable.
• 5+ years as superintendent of self-perform electrical work.

Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of safety program and site procedures.
• Supervise and mentor project team and direct/indirect reports.
• Coordinate with PM, trades, and stakeholders to meet schedule and budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and execution plans.
• Maintain customer-focused relationships with stakeholders.
