Job summary

PCL Solar Constructors USA Inc. in Eunice, Louisiana, is seeking a Field Engineer to join the Solar USA project team.

You will work on cutting-edge renewable energy sites, gaining hands-on experience in construction, engineering, project management, and team leadership. The role requires a degree in a construction-related field and up to 12 months of field experience; strong communication and proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction software are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in a construction-related field; internships may count toward experience.
• 0–12 months field engineer/coordinator experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with supervisors and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead inspections and orientations, promoting health and safety practices.
• Coordinate with the superintendent on workforce planning.
• Support document control: RFIs, shop drawings, changes, and billings.
• Oversee self-perform scopes, including labor tracking and cost reporting (LCRs).
• Build and maintain positive relationships with project partners.
