Job summary

Strata Clean Energy is hiring a Senior Electrical Superintendent to support electrical installations on utility-scale solar projects across the United States. Travel is required and candidates must supervise multiple sites, manage BOM reviews, and ensure safety and quality across all electrical work.

The role emphasizes leadership of Superintendents, coordination with engineering and operations, and adherence to SOPs and project schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in construction supervision
• Minimum 12 years of verifiable electrical installation experience
• Proficiency with DC and medium voltage cables and related systems
• Master electrician license or verified experience preferred
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Ability to read construction drawings and develop implementation plans
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Plan and support high-quality installation of electrical operations on assigned projects
• Review BOM and scope with the Director of Electrical
• Lead and develop Superintendents to meet safety, quality and timeline targets
• Oversee wiring, terminations, grounding, testing, and related electrical tasks
• Ensure SOPs are followed and designs are constructible
• Coordinate schedule, manpower, and equipment forecasts across projects
• Monitor performance, provide feedback and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure proper documentation of materials and progress
