Qualifications

• Journeyman certificate or undergraduate/engineering degree required.
• Minimum 5 years as a field lead on high- and medium-voltage equipment and cable.
• Minimum 5 years as a superintendent of self-perform electrical work.
• Demonstrated supervision of a construction workforce.
• Strong knowledge of safety, environmental principles and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction activities with a focus on safety, quality and performance.
• Coordinate field forces and subcontractors to meet project plans and schedules.
• Develop and implement project execution plans and three-week lookahead schedules.
• Maintain project administration and documentation in accordance with contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, engineers, trades and internal teams.
