Job summary

PCL Solar Constructors USA Inc. in Eunice, LA seeks an Electrical Superintendent to lead large-scale solar electrical construction, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. You will supervise the electrical team, coordinate with project managers, and drive adherence to project plans and budgets.

The role requires substantial field supervision experience, including high/medium-voltage work, and strong communication with clients and trades. Travel to multiple project sites may be needed.

Qualifications

• Journeyman certificate or undergraduate/engineering degree in a related discipline.
• Progressive field supervision experience is preferred.
• Experience as a field lead on high- and medium-voltage equipment and cable.
• Experience supervising a construction workforce.
• Strong knowledge of safety and construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction activities with focus on safety, quality and performance.
• Coordinate with project manager to implement safety programs on site.
• Direct and mentor the project team including direct and indirect reports.
• Communicate with forces, trades and stakeholders to meet requirements.
• Develop project schedules, plans and execution strategies.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and budget targets.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and site personnel.
