Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced project coordinator to support construction operations on a Dallas-area site. The role involves coordinating planning, engineering, VDC activities, and on-site material hand-offs with project teams, vendors, and xPL organization to align with the project schedule.

The candidate will manage submittals, RFIs, and delivery timing while maintaining comprehensive project documentation and generating routine progress reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering or related field with 3+ years in manufacturing or construction.
• Ability to read and interpret contract docs, drawings, specs and schedules.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning, engineering, and VDC coordination with team and vendors.
• Maintain project documentation with minutes, drawings, and shop drawings.
• Manage submittals, transmittals, and RFIs for defined deliverables.
• Develop and maintain delivery schedule aligned with project items list (CIL).
• Produce project reports on schedule, material status, and engineering documentation.
