Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to oversee daily operations, coordinate planning and delivery, and support engineering and VDC coordination as required by project schedules. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Industrial Systems Engineering, or related field with minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or construction

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning, engineering, VDC coordination, and generate basic financial reports
• Provide onsite support for delivery coordination and material hand-offs with project team, vendors, and xPL organization
• Maintain project documentation system with folders, photos, meeting minutes, and shop drawings
• Manage submittals, transmittals, RFIs, and document control
• Develop and maintain delivery schedules aligned with Contract Items List (CIL)
• Generate and deliver project reports on schedule, materials, and engineering status
• Facilitate site readiness including transportation schedule and material delivery methods
• Record and manage PCOs and onsite verification of quantities and conformance
