Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a traveling Senior Superintendent to join our national Mission Critical sector team. You will lead project teams on mission critical construction across the country, with opportunities to influence schedules, budgets, and safety programs.

Applicants should have 15+ years of field PM experience, a post-secondary construction education, and ability to travel as needed. The role emphasizes collaboration and a design-build approach within a large, inclusive company.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in mission critical construction.
• Post high school education or equivalent in the construction field.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and pass pre-employment drug and alcohol tests, including random testing.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor performance.
• Develop and track CPM schedules.
• Manage overall construction budgets and safety programs while training personnel.
• Review design documents and shop drawings.
• Assist project team with material procurement and incorporate into master schedule.
• Establish and monitor QC program.
• Value-engineer throughout projects.
• Make sound decisions and seek creative solutions using all resources.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with project team members.
• Travel for projects as needed.
