Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a traveling Senior Superintendent to support our national Mission Critical sector team.

The role requires leading on-site construction activities across multiple projects and travel to sites as needed. You will oversee subcontractors, develop CPM schedules, manage budgets and safety programs, review design drawings, procure materials, and ensure quality control while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years in mission critical construction project management.
• Post high school education or equivalent in construction.
• Valid driver's license; pass pre-employment drug/alcohol test and random testing.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor performance and safety programs.
• Develop and track CPM schedules.
• Manage project budgets and QC programs.
• Review design documents and shop drawings.
• Coordinate material procurement and integrate into master schedule.
• Travel to project sites as needed.
