Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a traveling Senior Superintendent to lead mission critical construction projects nationwide.

You will oversee subcontractors, develop CPM schedules, manage budgets and safety programs, and ensure compliance with design documents and shop drawings. The role requires 15+ years of field experience, post-secondary construction education, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of field project management experience in mission critical construction.
• Post high school education or equivalent in the construction field.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor performance.
• Develop and track CPM schedules.
• Manage general construction budgets and safety programs.
• Review design documents and shop drawings.
• Assist procurement and integrate into master schedule.
• Establish and monitor QC program.
• Value-engineer across projects.
• Coordinate with all project team members.
• Travel for projects as needed.
