Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a traveling Senior Superintendent to join our national Mission Critical sector team. You will lead field teams on critical facilities projects and travel as needed to deliver on-site excellence.

Ideally you bring 15+ years of field project management in mission critical construction, strong BIM/CAD knowledge, and a track record of safe, on-budget delivery using MS Project schedules. Join a collaborative, inclusive, growth-minded environment.

Qualifications

• At least 15+ years of successful field project management experience in mission critical construction.
• Experience leading and supervising a project team.
• Strong working knowledge of BIM and/or CAD and current building codes.
• Experience creating and managing MS Project schedules.
• Self-motivation and ability to supervise and work well with others in a positive, inclusive workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor performance and safety programs on site.
• Develop and track CPM schedules for projects.
• Oversee general construction budgets and safety programs.
• Review design documents and shop drawings for accuracy.
• Assist with material procurement and integrate into the master schedule.
