Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a traveling Senior Superintendent to join our national Mission Critical sector team. You will lead field operations on complex projects, coordinate subcontractors, review design documents, and ensure safety and quality across sites nationwide.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of mission critical construction experience, strong BIM/CAD familiarity, and proven ability to manage schedules and budgets while fostering a collaborative, inclusive workspace.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of field project management in mission critical construction.
• Post secondary education or equivalent in construction field.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor performance.
• Develop and track CPM schedules.
• Manage overall general construction budgets and safety programs.
• Review design documents and shop drawings.
• Assist procurement and incorporate into master schedule.
• Establish and monitor QC program.
• Value-engineer throughout projects.
• Make sound decisions and seek creative solutions.
• Communicate and coordinate with project team.
• Travel for projects as needed.
