Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. seeks a traveling Senior Superintendent to join our national Mission Critical sector team. You will travel to project sites, lead field project management, and oversee budgets, safety, and scheduling. A minimum of 15+ years in mission critical construction is required.

You will develop CPM schedules, review design documents, coordinate procurement, and supervise a project team to deliver robust, integrated design-build solutions. Travel is required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years in mission critical construction project management.
• Post high school education or equivalent in construction.
• Valid driver license; must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test and random testing.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor performance.
• Develop and track CPM schedules.
• Manage budgets and safety programs; train personnel.
• Review design documents and shop drawings.
• Assist procurement and integrate into master schedule.
• Establish and monitor QC program.
• Value-engineer across projects.
• Coordinate with project team and travel as needed.
