Ryan Companies US, Inc. seeks a traveling Senior Superintendent to lead mission-critical construction projects nationwide. The role requires 15+ years of field experience, strong leadership, and expertise in BIM/CAD and MS Project scheduling.

Expect to manage subcontractors, budgets, safety programs, and QA/QC while coordinating with the project team. Willingness to travel for projects is essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of field project management experience in mission critical construction.
• Experience leading and supervising a project team.
• Strong working knowledge of BIM and CAD and current building codes.
• Experience creating and managing a MS Project schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor performance and safety programs.
• Develop and track CPM schedules.
• Manage overall construction budgets and safety programs.
• Review design documents and shop drawings.
• Coordinate material procurement with master schedule.
• Establish and monitor QC program and value-engineer as needed.
• Communicate with project team and travel as required.
