Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. seeks a traveling Senior Superintendent to join our national Mission Critical sector. You will oversee field operations, manage subcontractors, and drive CPM schedules across multiple projects nationwide.

Strong leadership, BIM/CAD skills, and MS Project experience are required. The ideal candidate has 15+ years of hands-on construction management in mission critical environments, with a collaborative mindset and willingness to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of field project management experience in mission critical construction.
• Post high school education or equivalent in construction.
• Ability to lead and supervise a project team and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor performance.
• Develop and track CPM schedules.
• Manage overall general construction budgets and safety programs while training personnel.
• Review design documents and shop drawings.
• Assist procurement and integrate materials into the master schedule.
• Establish and monitor QC program.
• Value-engineer throughout projects.
• Communicate and coordinate with project team members.
• Travel for projects as needed.
