Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Traveling Senior Project Manager - Justice to lead and direct complex courthouse and corrections projects across the United States. You will own project outcomes, manage profitability, and drive Lean and BIM-enabled execution with a skilled team.

The role requires 10+ years of construction management experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership capabilities for cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record in delivering complex justice/corrections projects on time and budget.
• Proficiency with construction management software and BIM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and mentor staff to ensure injury-free project execution.
• Oversee preconstruction activities including bid packages and schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, owner, design team and vendors to align scope and timeline.
• Develop and manage project budgets, cost forecasts and profitability.
