Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years construction management experience.
• Willingness to travel across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of safety culture and promote an injury-free environment.
• Manage preconstruction activities including quantity takeoff and scope development.
• Coordinate buyout, subcontracting, and submittal processes with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedule and budget with the project team.
• Prepare monthly cost/margin forecasts and support project closeout.
