Turner Construction Company in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a full-time traveling assignment to oversee preconstruction, engineering and field installation of MEP systems for Critical Facilities-Data Centers.

You will lead relationships with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and owners, manage procurement, budgets, scheduling and commissioning, and supervise Turner MEP staff across a nationwide Advanced Technology project spanning data centers, pharmaceutical,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years' experience in design and field installation of MEP systems.
Identify design features impacting cost and propose alternatives.
Demonstrated ability to present technical material.
LEED accreditation preferred.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management/scheduling software.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with engineers, design consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and owner's representatives to ensure client goals.
Comprehensive knowledge of contract documents and applicable codes.
Lead, supervise and develop Turner MEP staff, including performance appraisals.
Oversee daily activities of Engineer-MEP, Superintendent-MEP, and subordinates.
Manage MEP procurement, budgets, quality, safety, engineering, coordination, scheduling, installation, commissioning and close-out.
