Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a lead for a full-time traveling assignment supporting an Advanced Technology project, including Data Centers, Pharmaceutical, and EV/Battery/Renewables market segments. The incumbent will manage field activities for mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality per contract documents.

Reports to Superintendent, Project Manager, and MEP Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and at least four years of relevant engineering experience.
• Technical expertise and understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and how they interrelate.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational ability, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison with engineers, design consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, Turner staff, and owner's reps.
• Develop comprehensive schedules for all phases: engineering, coordination, installation, start-up, testing, commissioning, turnover.
• Create tools to monitor progress against the project schedule.
