Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a full-time traveling Project Manager for an Advanced Technology project portfolio including Data Centers, Pharmaceutical, Industrial/Manufacturing, and EV/Battery/Renewables markets. You will oversee preconstruction, engineering and field installation of mechanical and electrical systems.

This role reports to the Project Manager and Project Executive, with responsibilities spanning procurement, budgets, scheduling, coordination and commissioning through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 10 years’ experience with progressively more responsible exposure to design, cost, sequence, logistics and field installations of MEP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preconstruction, engineering and field installation of all MEP systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Low Voltage, Fire Sprinkler).
• Develop relationships with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and owner’s representatives to align with client goals from initiation to completion.
• Lead and develop Turner MEP staff and supervise daily activities of Engineer-MEP and Superintendent-MEP.
