Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a seasoned MEP leader for a full-time traveling assignment supporting advanced technology projects, including data centers. You will oversee preconstruction, engineering, and field installation of MEP systems, reporting to the Project Manager and Project Executive.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience with MEP design, cost, sequencing, and field installation, with LEED preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of design, cost, sequence, logistics and field installations of MEP systems.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Knowledge of project management and scheduling software desirable.
• Ability to implement leading edge technologies to benefit the project.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with engineers, design consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and owner's representatives to align with client goals.
• Comprehensive knowledge of contract documents and applicable codes.
• Lead, supervise and develop Turner MEP staff, including performance appraisals.
• Oversee daily activities of Engineer-MEP, Superintendent-MEP, and subordinates.
• Manage MEP procurement, project budgets, quality, safety, scheduling, installation, commissioning and close-out processes.
