Job summary

Lemartec Corporation seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale projects across the United States. The role requires overseeing sub-contractors, coordinating schedules, and ensuring safety and quality per master schedules.

The position is a traveling role with up to 100% travel, supporting multiple sites nationwide. Strong leadership, planning, and mentoring abilities are essential for project success.

Qualifications

• Must have strong project scheduling, planning, organization and document control.
• Excellent communication and organization skills for coordinating subcontractors and inspectors.
• OSHA safety standards knowledge and procedures.
• Experience with scheduling software and document control systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of superintendents, project field engineers, and other field staff.
• Permit document administration and control.
• Complete review and understanding of subcontractor scopes of work.
• Coordinate safety meetings and overall project safety responsibility.
• Coordinate, schedule and maintain records of all project testing and certificates.
