Redmond Construction Corp. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead field execution on mission-critical data center projects nationwide.

This role requires extensive on-site leadership, strong management of complex MEP systems, and comfort with travel. Based out of our Chicago office, weekly travel to Kansas City, MO is required, with project durations around six months, and no residence requirement in KC.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of Project Manager experience delivering mission-critical, data center, or complex MEP‑intensive projects.
• Experience in traveling roles with extended stays away from home.
• Strong client communication and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership and manage field execution of data center projects nationwide.
• Lead OAC meetings, schedule, submittals, and project documentation with PM oversight.
• Manage budgets, procurement, change orders, and pencil values to align with project goals.
